We hope you love your Crown & Glory hair extensions, but if you're not completely satisfied, please read our returns policy below.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on any hair extensions that have been opened, worn, or tampered with. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
You must notify us of your intent to return within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing [insert email]. Once approved, you have another 14 days to return the item to us.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Shipping costs for returns are your responsibility, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.
Estimated delivery: UK — 2–5 working days, Ireland — 3–7 working days.
