Delivery
- We ship throughout the UK and Ireland.
- Delivery rates and estimated times are clearly shown at checkout.
- Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days once payment is received.
- UK deliveries usually arrive within 2–5 working days; Ireland deliveries take 3–7 working days.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Returns
- For hygiene reasons, we only accept returns on unused, unopened hair extensions in their original packaging.
- Notify us within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to return an item: email info@crownandgloryextensions.co.uk.
- Once your return is authorised, you have 14 days to send the product back.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Approved refunds are handled promptly and processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days of receipt and inspection.
If the product is faulty or incorrect, we’ll cover the cost of return shipping and arrange a replacement or refund.
